Eros Temple is composed of embodied, confident women who are on the journey of falling in love with life through self-awareness and sensuality. We are passionate about helping other women to awaken their EROS through feminine embodiment. Our sensuality drives our creativity, our playful spirits, and our openness to receive all the universe holds for us.
In the Eros Temple, we are guided by our commitment to building community and connection among women. Self-love, embodiment, and accountability are at the forefront of our work together. We are guided by our curiosity about how to live a more grounded, sensual, spiritually enlivened, and service-based life. We support each sister on their unique path to fully express their authentic self.
With the guidance of feminine embodiment through somatic practices, we will reconnect with our inner knowing. We allow new ideas and perspectives to flow from our alignment of body, mind, and spirit.

When you say yes to The Eros Temple, you commit to an energetic exchange of three months, allowing your nervous system to settle into the space and receive the gift of gathering with other women on their unique journey.

We meet twice monthly in correspondence with the new and full moons via Zoom for 1 hour. Gatherings may run over in service of the group and what is brought to the temple each visit.
Recordings will be texted to our group text chat, in case you are unable to join us live or want to re-watch.

The temple is a sacred space. What is shared in confidence by the sisters that gather, does not leave the temple on the lips of another. We leave all shares in the temple to be alchemized by the temple.
Cameras are to remain on throughout each gathering unless technical difficulty or an otherwise stated issue is expressed and approved.
If you have a question, please write it in the chat, or bring it to the attention of the facilitators by using the hand raising icon.
If you are in need of further support that would be better served through a 1:1 call, or simply need more space than is available in the temple, please reach out to a facilitator for assistance. We are happy to support you in this way.
If we believe that what you are sharing is better served through a private exchange we reserve the right to direct you to this support. Your follow through with that suggestion is up to your discretion.
Your safety, emotionally, physically, and mentally is always our highest concern. Please listen to your body at all times and do what is needed for you to be comfortable and at ease (lay down, modify exercises, use the restroom, step away and take a deep breath etc.) If we can support you in any way please reach out privately to let us know.
