WELCOME TO THE QUEENS DEN
Queens Den is offered in single sessions (usually in Los Angeles and during retreats and immersions) and as a 4-week program (in-person and virtually online) and is for the female looking to unlearn habits & patterns not of her own will and move confidently into her feminine power, body, and rightful place to govern her body and her life.
This is for the female ready to open up and FINALLY FEEL.
WE FEEL IT.
Our initial felt sensations and connection to life force energy bring clarity, focus, and alignment. We begin to awaken into out being, inviting our soul to dance.
WE ARE.
The life force meets sentient being, merging inner and outer worlds. Living your expression in the way we carry ourselves and move through the world. Fully embodied.
WE EMBODY IT.
Clearing trauma and physical (chronic) pain stored in the body, we reframe how we view pain and alchemize it to pleasure points that liberate our view of reality.

Queens Den is a space for women who desire to feel more connected to their feminine essence, receptivity, creativity, magnetism, softness, and sensual embodiment.
Queens Den is for women who are seeking that feeling of juiciness and awakening to their potential.
Queens Den is for women who feel burnt out and overwhelmed and want to lead by their feminine essence.
Queens Den is for women looking for structured assistance to add to the tools and practices they already possess. In this container, we work together to harmonize the inner and outer realms of the authentic you.

What should I wear?
Wear what you feel good in. Wear fabrics that feel sensual against your body. Wear what you can move in - be it lingerie or yoga pants. There are no rules here. You are here for YOU.
What if I am embarrassed to dance?
As you begin to connect to your sexuality and pleasure, you will naturally awaken into your body's truest expressive nature. Everyone is welcomed, without judgment, to participate in the level at which she feels comfortable. We all begin somewhere, and your beginning fits perfectly here, whether you choose to dance or witness others dancing.
What if I am afraid to show up in a group of women?
I am glad you shared this. In this container, we want you to experience and learn that women should be your safety; women are your support system. This is a container where you will learn to be celebrated by women and celebrate other women.
Will I be recorded?
Will the class be recorded? The class will be recorded for your review and practice. While we will all be on video during virtual sessions, Tara is the only one recorded. There may be moments that will be filmed or photos taken, and these are solely for promotion and only taken with your permission. Tara always checks in at the beginning of class to see if anyone wants to opt out of being captured, and there is always zero pressure.
